Resend (Email Service Provider)
We use Resend to send transactional and marketing emails. When you join our waitlist, your email address (and name, if provided) is shared with Resend to enable email delivery.
Resend processes your data in accordance with their privacy policy and is compliant with GDPR requirements.
Google Cloud Platform (Infrastructure Provider)
We use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to host our application and database. Your data is stored on GCP infrastructure located in the United States.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely in our PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Data Retention
We retain your waitlist data for the following periods:
Waitlist Information
Retained until one year after our official launch, unless you request deletion earlier or convert to a full user account.
After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
International Data Transfers
Solemi, Inc. is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
European Union Users
